Who we are

Personal data we receive

We only hold what you choose to send. On the enquiry form that is typically contact details (name, phone, email), where the work is (postcode) and a short note about your patio. Harrogate Patios has no member area or sign-in.

Who else receives your details

Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. Nobody else gets your details for marketing, and we do not sell them.

Lawful basis for processing

We process your details because you asked us to (steps taken at your request before a possible contract) and because answering enquiries is a legitimate interest of ours.

Retention

We don't keep enquiries indefinitely: two years after you last got in touch, they are deleted.

Our form provider

Enquiries are collected through a form built by HighLevel (LeadConnector), served from api.leadconnectorhq.com. HighLevel, a US business, stores those enquiries on our behalf as a processor. Your details may therefore be handled in the United States, with HighLevel's data processing terms providing the safeguards for that transfer.

Keeping the form free of spam

Cloudflare Turnstile sits on the form as a bot check. Supporting files like fonts come from the form provider's own servers, and no tracking pixel (Facebook or otherwise) has been enabled.

Our web host

The website is served by Cloudflare, which handles your IP address and similar technical data to load pages and block abuse. There are no analytics tools and no tracking or advertising cookies on Harrogate Patios.

Cookies and browser storage

Technical details such as your IP address and the browser you use are sent to the form provider when the form appears. It relies on one cookie, __cf_bm, which guards against bots, plus local storage items whose names start v2_ or v3_ (visit history and a browser identifier) and form_progress_ (your progress). Our cookies page explains each one and how to remove them.

Making a complaint

Should you remain dissatisfied, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) deals with data protection complaints in the UK.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email info@harrogatepatios.co.uk to make a request. We will reply within one month.

Updates

We'll amend this notice when anything material changes, and the revision date will be updated.
